A new year is a natural time to reassess where you are and where you are headed - and the pandemic brings an added urgency to these questions for 2021. The pandemic associated recession is effecting businesses differently. We know from conversations with many business owners over the last months that the situation for some is dire. For others, things are going 'okay' but the pace of work required just to "hold on" is not sustainable. We've asked Hunter Johnson of Top Hill Advisors to join us to talk through some strategies for reorganizing that will be helpful in rethinking your current situation and the future of your business. Hunter will discuss some new, relatively unknown options to save your business, and employees, while retaining your equity. This information will be particularly helpful for those feeling stuck in an untenable situation.

Hunter is a veteran of business strategy, corporate development, and management consulting who grew up in a family business that his grandparents founded over four decades ago and that his father and brother continue to run today. He can empathize with the stresses and pressures of operating a small business.

This event is hosted through the Zoom webcasting platform and is free and open to all local business owners and managers. Participants are encouraged to submit specific questions beforehand via email and will be able to ask questions anonymously during the presentation.
